AUUG Inc. invites you to participate in the regions only UNIX and Open Systems Conference and Exhibition which will be held over 3 days, 3rd to 5th September, 1997 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. This exhibition and conference has always attracted leading companies to participate in this premier event. EXHIBITING

• Attendance at the Cocktail Reception

Setting Up and Dismantling

Conditions

• Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Organisers together with 50% of the amount for the stand/area of your choice.
• For withdrawals and/or cancellations of exhibition space and/or sponsored items, received in writing prior to or on the following dates, the following cancellation fees will apply:
  • 30th June, 1997, 50% of total amount contracted for.
  • After 30th June, 1997, 100% of total amount contracted for.
• Your investment in sponsoring is dependent upon the category of your choice. Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Organisers together with 50% of the amount for the item you wish to sponsor.
• On the 1st July, 1997 you will be invoiced for the remainder 50% balance of the amount owed on the item you are sponsoring and/or your exhibition space and your payment will need to reach our office by no later than 31st July, 1997 in order to ensure continuity of your involvement. Floor plan is subject to change without notice.
