[Ocg] Open Source in Government

Hi Albert,
It was great to spend some time with you yesterday.
This email is an introduction to Gordon Hubbard, chair of the
AUUG Open Computing for Government (OCG) committee. With your
upcoming discussion with the NSW Minister for IT, it would
be great to be aware of the work that has been happening
as part of the OCG AUUG committee. Some details are at:

Whilst the OCG charter is broader than Open Source, Open Source
is certainly one of the main components that OCG is involved with.
I would highly recommend that you speak with Gordon to get
some background on the Open Source side of things and maybe
use this meeting as an opportunity to get engaged with
the OCG work.
