[BUGA] Laptop without Microsoft (was: $1249 Leader Notebook with 15.4" Widescreen & DVD Burner!)

The following is an edited version of mail I have received from a
local wholesaler.  Normally I wouldn't post this sort of thing on
these lists, but I thought it might be of interest for a couple of
reasons.  Firstly, this is quite an attractive offer (I've modified
the Subject: line to indicate the RRP), but more interesting is the
fact that this is the first laptop I've seen in years that comes
without Microsoft.

I have no idea how well this box works with BSD or Linux.  If anybody
else knows, I'm sure it would be of interest.
